When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major product launches, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items, wallpaper, and final sale products are not eligible for return.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Are your paper products eco-friendly?
We are committed to sustainability. The majority of our greeting cards, notebooks, and planners are printed on FSC-certified paper stocks and use environmentally friendly inks.
How do I care for my Rifle Paper Co. rugs and pillows?
For rugs, we recommend regular vacuuming and professional cleaning for deep stains. Pillows with removable covers should be spot cleaned or dry cleaned to preserve the vibrant floral illustrations and fabric integrity.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for changes. Please contact our customer service team within one hour of placement to request a modification.
